In the glass, it already displays a beautiful ruby red colour. On the nose, there are aromas of juicy cherries, raspberries and a hint of redcurrants, complemented by delicate spice and a pleasing freshness. On the palate, the wine is lively, juicy and beautifully balanced. The tannins remain subtle and, together with the fresh style, create an excellent sense of drinkability.

The Pittnauer winery has been one of the most exciting producers in Burgenland for many years. With great care and a natural approach, wines of origin and character are crafted here. This Pinot Noir is intentionally approachable and highlights the elegant side of the grape variety particularly well.

It pairs wonderfully with roast chicken, pasta with mushrooms or a classic snack. It is even better enjoyed in good company, when one glass easily leads to another. This is exactly the kind of wine we appreciate: uncomplicated, honest and simply very enjoyable to drink. Best served slightly chilled.
