Aged in stainless steel and large wooden barrels, the wine was allowed extended maturation on the lees, lending it a full, complex profile. Now at its peak, this Chardonnay offers a delightful drinking experience: it’s dry, juicy, and brimming with vibrant flavours of banana and apricot, with a touch of quince in the finish. Its well-structured acidity enhances the fruit, while a mineral undertone and smooth, slightly creamy texture provide an elegant balance. An excellent value for such a high-quality wine.
