Description

The Trockenbeerenauslese (TBA) Noble Reserve is the highest category of sweet wines. This Noble Reserve is a special vintage cuvée, where several vintages are combined - in technical jargon, a Non Vintage (NV)

Some orange peel and honey on the nose. On the palate, typical botrytis spice, fully ripe peach aromas, and a juicy, elegant interplay of residual sugar and acidity that makes this sweet wine dance lightly on the palate. A lingering finish that does not overwhelm. Has great potential for further development and thanks to the high residual sugar content (194 g per litre), can be aged for a very long time.

Pairs wonderfully with many desserts and is especially recommended as a companion with blue cheese.
