Grapes (Corvina and Rondinella) sourced from the Valpolicella Classico region undergo a meticulous drying process in crates for about 4 months. After pressing, they macerate on the skins for a generous 25 days. The wine then matures for 40 months in barrique barrels, enriching its complexity and allure.

Its exceptionally elegant body offers ample volume that tantalizes the palate, striking a perfect balance between richness and restraint—neither overwhelming nor overly sweet. With only 4.5g of residual sugar, it stands out for its moderate sweetness in this class of wine. Dried fruit, cinnamon, subtle vanilla, and hints of dried flowers interplay with sweet spices. Smooth and refined, it boasts a beautifully structured profile that culminates in an endlessly satisfying finish—a wine that leaves a lasting impression.
