A typical Austrian sparkling wine from Western Styria that simply impresses.

The Blauer Wildbacher grapes are pressed directly at the winery, fermented, and then fermented a second time in the bottle at the winery to become a Schilcher sparkling wine.

Clear and bright pink in colour, delicate and fresh. Aromas of ripe red berries appear on the nose, especially cassis, combined with delicate lemon mint. This fruity and slightly herbaceous note makes it lively. Dry on the palate with 8g residual sugar (Brut), sparkling, with a fine perlage and an animating acidity. Balanced fruitiness of ripe strawberries. The finish is fresh with a very fine citrus flavour.

Perfect as an aperitif, for light starters, or with seafood. A delight on the terrace, especially in summer temperatures.
