Andreola is undoubtedly one of the finest Prosecco producers. Interestingly, the winery does not simply label its bottles as Prosecco — these are true vineyard sparkling wines, crafted by hand on extremely steep slopes.

The grapes for this exquisite wine come from the single vineyard (Rive) di San Pietro di Barbozza in Conegliano Valdobbiadene, known as Marna del Bacio. Classified as Extra Brut, no sugar dosage was added, allowing the pure minerality of the soil to take centre stage.

This Prosecco is delicate and exceptionally elegant, featuring a fine perlage and a restrained, subtle bouquet. On the palate, it is clear, captivating, and complex. The fruit gently recedes, highlighting a vibrant, saline, stony minerality. Fresh, layered, and persistent, it delivers a long, multi-dimensional finish that lasts until the very last sip.

A truly high-quality Prosecco, far removed from the mainstream — a perfect expression of what the Glera grape can achieve when perfectly paired with its terroir. It simply doesn’t get any better!
