Description
Holding a wine like this is always thrilling, but someone has to drink these wines—they're made for enjoyment.
Cheval Blanc is undisputedly one of the greatest wines in the world. While the high scores from critics are impressive, even without ratings, its reputation speaks for itself.
In the glass, it shows a deep, dark hue, and on the nose, it offers a beguiling aroma of blueberries, tea notes, and a hint of herbs. The texture is extremely fine, with silky yet powerful tannins supporting the wine on the palate. It is very mineral, powerful, and multi-layered. Although it is still very young, it already shows incredible promise and will offer exceptional enjoyment in 10-20, or even 30 years.
So, put it in the cellar and forget about it. Cheers!
