Metodo 0.15 may not sound very exciting, but it is the method used to produce this Prosecco. The must is cooled to 0 degrees and then fermented at 15 degrees, allowing the apple flavours to develop to their full potential.

Extra dry does not mean bone dry. It refers to a residual sugar level of between 12 and 17 grams, which can be slightly higher than brut in other sparkling wines. This precise level of sweetness, combined with fresh acidity and a distinct apple flavour, is what makes this Prosecco so special and likely so popular. It also comes in an unusual bottle that looks fantastic. After all, we drink with our eyes as well.
