Fermented in stainless steel and partly aged in large, old oak barrels, the result is both vibrant and subtly creamy. Dry, engaging, and impressively complex in the glass: it opens with ripe yellow fruit, followed by gentle spice, white pepper, and herbal notes, all finishing on a fine, salty edge. It feels more powerful than it tastes, thanks to the harmony of the 2024 vintage.
