With this wine, Gernot Heinrich shows once again that natural wines have their charms. This is a kind of entry-level introduction to this world, allowing you to familiarise yourself with these fashionable wines. Biological and biodynamic are priorities for the Heinrichs.

The unadulterated and multi-layered taste comes into the glass. So Naked White: Unfiltered and without the addition of sulphur, the wine was bottled after 14 months of maturation in large wooden barrels. It consists of almost 70% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Blanc and a few other types of white wine from the eastern part of Neusiedlersee.

The taste is reminiscent of grassy freshness, herbs, and a little yeast paired with a slight exoticism. Every sip is unadulterated joy in a naturally cloudy case. Shake well before use and give the wine some air in the glass. Then enjoy natural wine with no regrets.
