Zierfandler is a rare, autochthonous grape variety that can only be found to the south of Vienna in the Thermenregion wine-growing area. This gem from the Riede Spiegel monopole in Gumpoldskirchen is one of the best of its kind.
After 10 months ageing in large wooden barrels, you get a strong, complex white wine that hits the palate at a very young age and unfolds its full potential after a little air in the glass. A delicately spicy bouquet with lots of exotic notes. Creamy, full-bodied & elegant in a gripping way. Drink not too cold at approx. 12°C and enjoy in a burgundy glass. A lot of pressure and a long finish. Can be safely stored for 8-10 years!

Great with fish fried in (a lot) of butter, with Asian dishes or with aged cheese. Or just to drink whilst staring into the distance.
