This renowned red wine cuvée brings together the best of three varieties: the spice of Syrah (60%), the vibrant fruit of Zweigelt (30%), and the depth of Merlot (10%). Crafted from organically grown grapes from the Leithagebirge and matured in a mix of new and used barrique barrels, it’s a wine of character and finesse.

In the glass, it shows a deep ruby hue with a violet rim. The bouquet is rich and expressive, offering aromas of blackberries, raspberries, and ripe cherries, intertwined with smoky notes, black pepper, and a hint of clove. On the palate, bold blackberry and pepper notes take centre stage, supported by fine roasted tones and a beautifully balanced acidity. The oak is subtly integrated, enhancing the firm tannin structure without overpowering the wine. The finish is long, compact, and lingers with a lovely touch of extract sweetness.
