Description
One rarely comes across rosé wines like this in Italy. The renowned Pasqua winery uses modern methods to create a fresh and highly approachable rosé that is also visually appealing.
Local grape varieties from around Lake Garda, including Corvina, Trebbiano di Lugana, Syrah and Carménère, remain on the skins for 11 minutes, which gives the wine its name, before being matured in stainless steel tanks. The result is a light rosé with a delicate salmon-pink colour.
With 6 g of residual sugar and a gentle acidity, this fruity wine is easy to enjoy. It offers pronounced aromas of strawberries, roses and violets, followed by a subtle spiciness that carries through to a long, harmonious finish.
Ideal for spring and summer, it works well as an aperitif or alongside light salads and starters.
