And Kaitui? Markus' homage to the expressive, exotic, and fruity Sauvignon Blancs of New Zealand, which he loves. The word "Kaitui" comes from the Maori language and means "tailor."

Classically matured in steel tanks, this wine offers a bounty of typical Sauvignon Blanc fruit. Expect aromas of gooseberries, citrus, redcurrants, and subtle grassy notes.
