Shilda Winery - Family Winery

SHILDA Winery is nestled in the heart of Georgia's most renowned wine-growing region, Kakheti, in the historic village of Shilda. Spanning over six hectares, the winery produces exceptional traditional red wines from the Saperavi grape variety, alongside rich, full-bodied white and orange wines. The wines are crafted using a combination of barrique barrels, stainless steel tanks, and the famous clay amphorae known as Qvevri, an ancient Georgian winemaking tradition.

The village of Shilda, with its deep-rooted history, lies at the foot of the southern slopes of the Caucasus Mountains. Its distinctive climate, coupled with mineral-rich soils, creates the perfect natural conditions for producing expressive and characterful wines.
