This magnificent wine is predominantly crafted from the Corvina and Rondinella grape varieties that are common in the Veneto region. A portion of the grapes is dried after harvest and blended with the rest of the wine in January, creating an unforgettable flavour profile with a vast aroma spectrum and a hint of Amarone.

In the glass, Palazzo della Torre immediately reveals aromas of sultanas, prunes, and dried fruit, complemented by notes of vanilla, black tea, and gingerbread spice. The 2021 vintage is cooler and more elegant than its predecessor, showcasing an impressive array of flavours.
