Fruity, fresh and wonderfully unpretentious: the Cava Rosat Trepat Brut 2023 brings colour and joie de vivre to your glass. Its fine effervescence and juicy berry fruit make it the ideal companion for convivial evenings and moments of summery indulgence.

This rosé cava is made from 100% Trepat grapes. The organically grown grapes are harvested by hand and carefully processed. After at least 18 months on the lees, the cava is bottled as a ‘Brut’ with a dosage of 10 g/l.

Its delicate salmon colour and persistent bubbles immediately whet the appetite for that first sip. On the nose, it offers aromas of strawberries and cherries, accompanied by a subtle hint of brioche. On the palate, it remains dry and light, with balanced acidity and flavours of raspberry and lime.

Served well chilled, it pairs well with summer salads, fish, seafood or simply for a relaxed get-together with friends.
