The grapes are sourced from 35-year-old vines, rooted in limestone- and clay-rich soils that lend the wine both depth and freshness. After careful hand-harvesting and gentle pressing, the wine matures for 12 months in 400-litre wooden barrels, adding an extra layer of elegance and complexity.

In the glass, it displays a fine, golden yellow hue. The bouquet is wonderfully multi-layered, revealing aromas of yellow apple, quince, citrus, and a hint of apricot, all supported by delicate, lightly spicy oak notes. On the palate, it is beautifully balanced, with lively acidity, a creamy mouthfeel, and an elegant structure. Barrel ageing enhances the wine with added depth, a gentle nuttiness, and an overall sense of harmony.
