Dark berries, ripe cherries and a hint of plum unfold on the nose, accompanied by fine spicy notes, some cedar wood and a delicate, almost mineral component. The grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc and a small proportion of Malbec complement each other perfectly: Merlot brings juice and fullness, Cabernet Franc provides spice and freshness, and Malbec contributes depth and colour.

On the palate, the 2022 is dense yet elegant. The tannins appear ripe and supple, the acidity keeps the wine fresh, and the dark fruit remains present until the long finish.
