According to the winery, this organic Chablis is pale gold in colour, with floral and mineral notes. These are complemented by subtle hints of almond and fresh hazelnut, which lend the wine a restrained, slightly nutty aroma.

This crisp style continues on the palate. The mineral character gives the wine structure and tension, whilst the delicate floral and nutty notes lend it elegance. A Chardonnay for those who prefer precision over opulence.
