Don Romain Cava Brut from the mostly unknown grape varieties Macabeo, Xarel-Io and Parellada is characterised by its wonderfully balanced and fresh style. A sparkling wine following to the traditional bottle fermentation method, with lots of tropical fruits and a trace of acid that rounds off the drinking experience harmoniously. This makes a great accompaniment to summer tapas, for example with seafood, but also a great alternative to Champagne when celebrating big celebrations!
