If you like white wine with plenty of freshness and character, you really must try the Greco di Tufo DOCG 2025. Because Greco is much more than just straightforward and fruity.
On the chalky soils around Tufo, this grape variety develops its characteristic mineral character. On the nose, the wine is intense and fruit-forward. On the palate, things really come to life: lively acidity, pronounced minerality and subtle balsamic notes ensure that every sip remains wonderfully fresh and exciting. Around four months’ ageing in stainless-steel tanks preserves the wine’s clear, direct character.
For us, this is a really good accompaniment to food. It pairs just as well with raw or delicately marinated seafood as it does with buffalo mozzarella or pasta with white meat. And if you simply fancy a characterful Italian white wine as an aperitif, it also cuts a fine figure.
