Description
A Sauvignon Blanc from Rust on Lake Neusiedl, which quickly charms with its delightful character and exotic notes.
Hand-harvested and matured traditionally in stainless steel tanks, this dry white wine demonstrates that the grape variety need not be defined solely by its acidity. This medium-bodied wine is distinctly on the fruity side. Even on the nose, elderflower, gooseberries and peppers dominate. On the palate, it is dry with a delicate fruit sweetness. Every sip is reminiscent of a tropical orchard. Juicy and smooth on the palate with a decidedly long finish. A real charmer that takes its time and is sure to win many friends.
Pairs wonderfully with Asian starters, salads or soft cheeses. Or simply whilst you wait for next summer to arrive.
