This Spätlese, with 76 g of residual sugar, dazzles with its freshness and vibrant character. Handpicked, fully ripe Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris grapes were carefully fermented in steel tanks to preserve their crispness. Fermentation was naturally halted through cooling, yielding a delightful balance of residual sweetness and juiciness. Notes of ripe yellow pears, honeydew melon, and succulent tangerine linger on the palate and aroma, complemented by a beautifully balanced acidity that enhances every sip.
