This Roter Veltliner from the Hochstrass vineyard in the western Weinviertel is a delightful discovery. It's fresh and layered on the palate, instantly uplifting. Dry with flavours of ripe yellow pear and exotic fruits, complemented by a delicate almond note that enhances its charming character. It's complex and juicy, showcasing a grape variety that's unfortunately rare in Austria, yet significantly enriches the country's wine portfolio. Like Austro-Pop, it's crafted to spark conversations and share stories.
An excellent companion for a variety of dishes, especially poultry and vegetables.
