La Casa de las Locas

The Spanish La Casa de las Locas is in Galicia, just north of the Portuguese border. More precisely, it is in the Rías Baixas wine region, which is one of the few places where rare Albariño grapes grow. The winery belongs to Bodegas Peñafiel and produces the only Albariño wines in the parent company's portfolio. The wine is sold for a very fair price, considering that all the grapes are handpicked and therefore only the highest quality reaches the bottle.
