Description
Soave is back in vogue! And once you’ve tasted this wonderful white wine, you’ll know exactly why.
The Garganega grapes are harvested by hand and come exclusively from the gentle hills of the Soave region, which is characterised by volcanic soils. A classic and certainly the flagship wine of the up-and-coming family-run Monte Tondo winery.
Fruity thanks to ageing in stainless steel tanks, yet dry with a delicate minerality. Exotic fruits come to the fore on the nose and palate, accompanied by notes of hazelnut and almond. The finish features delicate floral notes and a hint of minerality. Balanced, juicy and with lovely body right through to the very last sip. Everything about this wine is just right.
An absolute classic that simply delights. Whether enjoyed on its own on the terrace or with antipasti, fish or even white meat.
