From our family winery, this wine is crafted exclusively from 100% Garganega grapes, hand-harvested to preserve their freshness and fruitiness. Produced using the Charmat method, similar to Prosecco Spumante, it undergoes maturation in pressurized tanks with natural carbon dioxide, resulting in a delicate pearlage and just 8g of residual sugar.

Pouring an elegant pearlage in the glass, it offers aromas of white peach and ripe apples. Its harmonious structure delivers a refreshing tang on the palate, enticing you for another sip and finishing crisply dry.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs excellently with seafood or serves beautifully as a refreshing summer wine. Highly recommended for any occasion!
