Perusini consistently impresses with all the wines in our range, but their Sauvignons often stand out as particularly enjoyable. What sets them apart? It's hard to pinpoint exactly, but it might be the remarkable drinkability that characterises these wines.

The winery has transitioned to fully organic production, with the 2021 vintage being the first to carry the organic certification.

This Sauvignon is immediately expressive on the nose, with prominent aromas of redcurrant and gooseberry alongside cool, mineral notes. On the palate, it is taut, juicy, and multi-layered, with a fresh acidity that invites the next sip.

The finish is long and delightful, showcasing ripe redcurrant flavours. This is a superb Sauvignon that is simply a joy to drink—you really have to try it. Its popularity is evident, as it is often one of the first Perusini wines to sell out.
