Description
La Segreta Il Bianco 2025 Organic is a fresh, unpretentious white wine from Sicily – perfect for evenings when you simply want to enjoy a good glass of wine.
The blend comprises 40% Grecanico, 20% Grillo, 20% Chardonnay and 20% other varieties. The grapes come from Menfi and Sambuca di Sicilia and are organically grown. Following gentle fermentation, the wine matures in stainless steel on its fine lees.
On the nose, white peach, fresh apricot, Sicilian citrus fruits, white melon, Golden Delicious and tropical fruits mingle with chestnut honey and freshly cut hay.
On the palate, the fruit returns, accompanied by a pleasant salinity and freshness. Light and well-balanced, it pairs well with aperitifs, vegetarian dishes, salads, fish pasta and seafood crudo. Its good length leaves you wanting another sip.
