Passo del Lupo is a bold and elegant red wine from the Marche region. It is acuvee of Montepulciano and Sangiovese, which are among the best-known and most popular red wine grapes in this region.
A great wine for at this price and very enjoyable to drink.
Intense red colour with violet reflections in the glass. The aromas of ripe cherries, wild berries and spices on the nose. The first sip is juicy and very stimulating. Dry, full-bodied and very elegant on the palate. Strong, ripe tannins and good acidity. Aromas of ripe cherries, wild berries, spices and a hint of minerality also on the palate. Good length, lingers on the finish.
A very well-balanced red wine that is great fun to drink. Pairs well with meat, pasta and grilled food. The perfect wine if you're looking for a bold, strong and inexpensive wine.
