When the best winemaker in southern Burgenland makes a Pinot Noir, the result is great wine - it's as simple as that. And Uwe Schiefer shows that he has a keen instinct for this very challenging grape variety.

Typically light Pinot Noir colour with a shimmering brick red in the glass. Dry, incredibly graceful and elegant. Typical for Burgenland, with a long finish. Ripe cherries, herbs, smoke and delicate wood notes. Densely interwoven, elegant and yet also stimulating to drink. A great balancing act that perfectly unites two worlds. Clear and precise.

This wine will reach its peak in 2-3 years, but letting it breathe a little allows it to exhibit signs of its greatness already now. Ages well and can be stored for 15-20 years!
