Description
An absolute terroir wine from Western Styria!
The barren soils in the village of Stainz are characterised by gneiss and slate. The slightly cooler conditions, combined with plenty of sunshine, shape this special white wine. It is harvested by hand, rigorously selected and matured in steel tanks.
Bright, clear golden green in the glass. Dry on the nose and palate, with seductive notes of exotic fruit. There is also some herbal spice and mineral character. The delicate acidity reflects its origin and gives the wine its lively character. Intense, with a slightly smoky flavour and a salty, long finish.
A wonderful accompaniment to Asian dishes, vegetable dishes or even fried chicken!
