Aaldering Wines Florence by Aaldering White Blend 2021

This is one of those wines that show what a great wine country South Africa is. We've had this cuvée in our shop for a few years now, always in new vintages, and more and more fans of this wine are coming to the forefront. Mostly Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay in a cuvée that is a real pleasure to drink.

It has a pale golden straw colour in the glass and exudes the scent of flower petals, citrus fruit and a hint of butter.

A very mature white wine on the palate, full-bodied, with a creamy texture and a very refreshing acidity. Very nice yellow fruit, with hints of minerality and spices. Good length and lingers for a long time - wine from South Africa should be served like this more often.

A versatile wine that can be enjoyed on its own or paired with a variety of dishes. It is perfect for a summer picnic or a relaxed evening at home.
