Allegrini Soave Oasi San Giacomo DOC 2024, 0,75 L

It took us some time to add our first Soave to the range—but it had to be something truly special. And here it is: an elegant, fresh white wine from Allegrini, one of Italy’s most renowned wineries.

This cuvée of Garganega and Chardonnay comes from the finest vineyards in Veneto. In the glass, it shines a straw yellow with delicate green reflections, already promising freshness. The bouquet is inviting and expressive, with notes of passion fruit, ripe peach, and a fine almond nuance that immediately entices the first sip.

On the palate, it is juicy and lively, showing lemon, lime, and fresh apple, carried by vibrant acidity that lends lightness. The slender body, refined fruit, and a subtle touch of minerality complete the elegant impression, making it wonderfully approachable.

A true all-rounder at the table—perfect with fish, poultry, light pasta dishes, or simply as an aperitif. Fresh, clear, and irresistibly charming—you’ll wonder why we didn’t add a Soave sooner.
