This prestige vintage champagne from the oldest wine house in Champagne is now available for the fourth time. It consists of 72% Chardonnay and 28% Pinot Noir and was allowed to mature on the lees in the bottle for 12 years in the 24-meter-deep cellar of Gosset before it was disgorged in April 2021 and has now been brought onto the market in a strictly limited edition.

The Celebris Rosé 2008 is based on a balance of aromas from ripe grapes: The Pinot Noir brings structure and the Chardonnay the freshness and minerality. Crystal clear copper tones shimmer in the glass. A full-bodied firmness with chords of ripe black cherry is traversed by a blood orange note, which provides a touch of seductive, tangy freshness. Dominated by a salty finish that is reminiscent of the mineral crispness of a Chardonnay.
Very delicate perlage with a never-ending finish.
