The classic Prosecco grape variety, Glera, combined with a touch of Pinot Noir, which gives it its beautiful colour, creates what is arguably the most exciting new addition to the region: Prosecco Rosé.

Alongside the familiar aromas of yellow fruit, generous notes of red berries, led by an appealing strawberry scent, make it hard to wait for the first sip. These expressive fruit aromas are the result of the special production method used for this Prosecco. The must is rapidly chilled to 0 °C, and fermentation takes place at 15 °C. This helps preserve the typical grape aromas, which are clearly reflected in the wine. It offers a fine, elegant effervescence, with notes of grapes and red berries, complemented by a fresh and well-balanced acidity. A refined, high-quality Prosecco, ideal for warmer weather and perfect for enjoying on the terrace.
