Domäne Wachau Riesling Smaragd Ried Singerriedel 2022

The famous "Singerriedel" location in Spitz in der Wachau consists of steep terraces with climatic influences from the nearby Danube river and a combination of warm days and cool nights. Grapes cultivated here are selectively harvested and fermented in steel tanks to make this wine.

A still very young specimen from the dream vintage of 2022 - it is at the beginning of its drinking maturity with exceptional elegance and great fullness but its best time is certainly ahead of it.

The scent is juicy peaches with fine herbal aromas. Juicy on the palate, gripping and almost vibrating. The acidity and fully ripe fruit go together as if they were made for each other. A fairly long, delicately mineral finish is a further testament to the high quality of this wine.

Pairs wonderfully with fish and seafood. Or enjoy a glass of this delicious Austrian Riesling on its own.
