Description
With his Rosé by Nature 2025, Gerhard Pittnauer presents a sensory and visual alternative to the usual light, pale rosé wines.
This natural wine is bottled unfiltered and with very little sulphur. It stands out for its depth and character, unlike many lighter rosés. In Italy, this style is known as "un rosso leggero", a light red that has long been popular there.
The aroma recalls pomegranate, wild berries and citrus fruits, with a subtle spicy note. On the palate, it is juicy, elegant and at the same time powerful. The finish is fruity, clear and well-balanced.
An excellent match for spicy dishes, especially Arabic or Indian cuisine.
