Description
A Sauvignon Blanc from Rust on Lake Neusiedl that impresses you with its charming style and exotic touch.
MAde from grapes that are harvested by hand, the wine is classically matured in steel tanks. This dry white wine proves that wine made of this grape varietal is not characterised by its typical acicidty alone. This medium-bodied wine is firmly on the fruity side. The nose is dominated by elderflower, gooseberries and paprika. Dry on the palate with a delicate fruity sweetness. Every sip is reminiscent of a tropical orchard. Juicy and smoothly flowing with a very long finish. A true charmer that is in no hurry and can be aged safely until at least 2027.
Pairs well with Asian starters, curry or soft cheese. Or just wait until summer arrives.
