The Kästenbaum vineyard, situated in the village of Gumpoldskirchen, is the highest site in the Thermenregion. Its calcareous brown soil, rich in iron, shapes the distinctive character of this wine.
Aged in small barrique barrels and matured over an extended period, this Chardonnay reveals remarkable complexity and depth. Notes of nuts and pineapple intertwine with delicate roasted aromas, balanced by lively acidity and a vibrant minerality. On the palate, it unfolds endlessly—building intensity without ever overwhelming.
