A very high-quality, beautiful rosé wine from the remarkable 2021 vintage, which we would not have expected.

The Blauer Wildbacher grapes come from the finest vineyards in southern Styria, were carefully harvested by hand and then matured for 12 months in used barriques. A wine that delights with every sip.

Clear, salmon pink in colour. Seductive, mineral notes on the nose and palate. Fine flavours of red gooseberries, currants and a touch of rhubarb. Very harmonious and perfectly balanced with a fresh acidity. Full-bodied with a delicate mellowness, yet incredibly elegant. Blueberries and a hint of spice on the finish. A very harmonious overall impression. Now at perfect drinking maturity, but can still be stored for the next five to seven years.
