Description
This Brut Blanc is a sparkling wine from a renowned winery in southern Styria. Just like in Champagne, only 100% Chardonnay grapes are used to make this Blanc, which are fermented in steel tanks and used wooden barrels. Subsequently, the still wine was bottled for 2 years with Champagne yeast for the second fermentation (Méthode Traditionelle).
Very fine bubbles in the glass. Brioche, yellow pears and a delicate spice with a touch of minerality on the palate. Juicy, round and not too dry, every sip glides to a festive finish.
A fine, elegant sparkling wine that confidently represents its origin. Perfect as an aperitif, for celebrations or as an accompaniment with seafood.
