The Polz family cultivates the best vineyards in southern Styria and, with a good 70 hectares, is one of the top wineries in this beautiful region. For many generations, the terroir has been worked by hand. The wine in the glass displays their attention to detail. Christoph Polz (son of Erich Polz) is now responsible for the cellar and consistently impresses with very high quality.
