Description
This is exactly how a classic Sauvignon Blanc from southern Styria should taste. And it is the DNA of the Polz winery!
Harvested from different vineyards, matured in steel tanks and ready to be savoured at any time. A subtle aroma of gooseberries on the nose with the juicy, elegant texture of peach and a hint of paprika. The crisp acidity is simply fun and perfectly represents the region's characteristics. Fresh on the finish, very dry and yet with a delicate touch of blossom honey.
A crisp, clean summer wine. Pairs well with light starters and salads.
