Description
One of our most exciting discoveries from Serbia has been awarded both a gold and a silver medal. This is a true insider tip from a small winery.
ADRIA white is an authentic, low-sulphur wine made from native Balkan grape varieties, including Serbian Tamjanika, Istrian Malvasia, and Grasac. It beautifully reflects the emerging wine region while honouring the old traditions of the former Yugoslavia. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand in small crates, selected, and traditionally matured in steel tanks.
The wine has a golden colour with a greenish shimmer, appearing clear in the glass. On the nose, it offers a delightful aroma of elderflower, complemented by intense tropical fruit flavours. The taste aligns perfectly with the rich aromas, presenting a balanced, dry, and crisp profile. You will experience juicy flavours of melon, caramel, and honey, with citrus notes of lemon and lime prevailing in the long finish.
A refreshing minerality enhances this beautiful finish. ADRIA white is a wine to discover and savour. It’s perfect for warm days on the terrace or as a companion to fish, light Balkan starters, and Šopska salad.
