This cuvée is based on the house’s renowned Yellow Label, enhanced by around 12% of its own red wine made from Pinot Noir, which lends the champagne its seductive hue and delicate berry aroma. In the glass, it shimmers a salmon pink with a fine, lively perlage. Notes of strawberries, raspberries, and ripe cherries mingle with subtle hints of brioche and citrus.
