Description
Villa Sandi is one of the world’s finest Prosecco producers, and the cellars of the historic villa are also home to a range of sparkling wines crafted using the traditional bottle fermentation method (Méthode Traditionnelle).
This elegant sparkling wine is made entirely from Pinot Noir and was matured in the bottle for a full 24 months.
In the glass, it shows a delicate and captivating rosé hue. The nose and palate are dominated by fresh red fruits—strawberries, raspberries, and redcurrants—accented by hints of rose petals and citrus. Fresh and lively, with an exceptionally fine perlage, the wine balances its fruity character (Brut, with around 9g residual sugar) perfectly against a refreshing acidity. The bright, crisp finish is a testament to its freshness.
Ideal as an aperitif or paired with seafood, salmon, or vibrant salads. Equally enjoyable, simply to bring a touch of elegance to everyday moments. Well crafted indeed.
