Description
Prosecco DOC is recognised worldwide, though traditionally only as a white wine. Following a revision of the production regulations, it has also been possible to produce Prosecco DOC Rosé since the 2020 harvest. For this style, around 10–15% Pinot Noir is blended with the Glera grape, giving the wine its attractive copper to pink colour.
This new release from the renowned Prosecco producer "Villa Sandi" is a vintage Prosecco presented in an exclusive moulded bottle. A clear, lively pink hue shines through its fine bubbles. The aroma reveals fruity notes of delicate berries with a hint of rose. It is elegant and vibrant on both the nose and palate. The subtle residual sweetness (Brut, around 12 g residual sugar) complements the sparkling wine beautifully. A refreshing experience that is sure to delight.
Ideal as an aperitif, for celebrations, or served alongside seafood or cheese.
