Weingut Ernst Triebaumer Tridendron 2021

The Tridendron is a natural, unfiltered red wine cuvée from a top winery in Rust on Lake Neusiedl. Not opulent and glamorous, but down-to-earth, honest and robust. Like a strong handshake.

The international varietals Merlot (70%) and Cabenet Sauvignon (15%) dominate this red wine cuvee. The remaining 15% is Blaufränkisch which complements the other varietals perfectly. Matured in used barrique barrels, this si great red wine at a good price.

Dry, dark and fleshy. Blueberries, elderberries and plums on the nose. Accompanied by spices and tobacco notes on the palate. Juicy, delicately flavoured with a touch of the forest floor. Balanced to the last sip and endowed with potential. Allowing it to breathe a little in the glass reveals its true potential.

A wonderful universal food companion, especially with game, lamb and dark meat. But also a great wine to enjoy by the glass on its own.
